If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 4 days of purchase, we will refund your money in full, no questions asked.

3. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

- Requested within 4 days of the initial purchase
- Your account has not been used for commercial resale
- You provide valid reasons for the refund request

- Multiple refund requests from the same user within a short period
5. Subscription Cancellation
After the 14-day refund period, you can still cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Your account access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
6. Exception Cases
If you experience technical issues or service outages that prevent you from using our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem or provide an appropriate remedy, which may include an extension of your service or a partial refund.
7. No Refund for Voluntary Downgrades
If you downgrade from a premium plan to a lower plan, no refund will be issued for the price difference. The downgrade will take effect on your next billing cycle.
8. Third-Party Payment Processing
Please note that refunds are processed through our payment partners (Paddle, Stripe, and Lemon Squeezy). In rare cases where refunds cannot be processed through these channels, we will contact you with alternative payment solutions.
